Renault has recently unveiled the 2024 Renault Duster in response to the growing demand for sub-4m SUVs in India. The SUV was previously introduced with the Dacia logo, which is a brand owned by Renault. However, it has now been revealed with a Renault badge, giving a hint of its entry into the Indian market by the end of this year. Compared to the previous generation of the SUV sold in India, the 2024 Renault Duster boasts a completely redesigned look.

The front fascia of the SUV features a unique design with a brand-new grille, replacing the old version. However, the SUV’s dimensions remain unchanged, with a length of 4343 mm and a wheelbase of 2657 mm. The interior of the SUV takes inspiration from the Dacia Duster, featuring a 7-inch virtual dashboard and a 10.1-inch touchscreen multimedia system.

However, the only difference is the badge on the steering wheel, and the design has been tailored to enhance the driver’s comfort and overall experience. It is expected that the lower variants of the SUV will be simpler.

The 2024 Renault Duster is expected to come with a 1.0-liter TCe petrol engine, and a more powerful 1.2-liter mild-hybrid option with an all-wheel-drive system. The top-of-the-line model will offer a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine with an electric motor.

Upon its launch in India, the 2024 Renault Duster will go head-to-head with competitors like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. The SUV is also expected to have a 7-seater version, which will put it in competition with rivals like the Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, and MG Hector Plus.
