The unfortunate plane crash of a Yeti Airlines aircraft in January 2023 that killed all 72 people on board, including five Indians was a result of human error, claimed an inquiry report. A five-member Investigation Commission formed after the crash said in its report that the aircraft crash on January 15, 2023, was due to human error, Nepal’s official news agency RSS reported.
