Royal Enfield celebrates its 125th anniversary with three major motorcycle showcases, including its first 750cc Himalayan powered by an all-new 743cc parallel-twin engine.
Royal Enfield has unveiled an exciting new motorcycle portfolio at EICMA 2026 in Milan, Italy, marking the next chapter in its journey following its 125th anniversary celebrations. The major highlights include the new Himalayan 750, Continental GT 750 and Flying Flea S6 electric motorcycle. The company also showcased a limited-edition Shotgun 650 ‘Son of a Gun’ developed in collaboration with Deus Ex Machina and its refreshed 1901 Apparel Collection.
The Himalayan 750 takes centre stage as Royal Enfield’s first 750cc motorcycle, introducing an all-new 743cc parallel-twin engine. The showcase reflects the company’s strategy of expanding its mid-size motorcycle portfolio while retaining its traditional Pure Motorcycling philosophy.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750: Engine And Performance
The new Himalayan 750 carries forward the adventure-focused character of the Himalayan family, which began with the Himalayan 411 in 2016 and subsequently expanded with the Himalayan 450 and Himalayan 440.
Powering the motorcycle is a 743cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 63 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. Royal Enfield claims that 90% of the torque is available from as low as 3,500 rpm, supporting performance across different riding conditions.
The motorcycle comes equipped with five riding modes – Road, Road Sport, Rain, Trail and Custom. Other electronic features include a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control and cruise control.
The Himalayan 750 also gets a 4-inch circular TFT display with integrated navigation and connectivity, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an immobiliser and a new 7-inch LED headlight.
Himalayan 750 Gets Touring-Focused Hardware
Royal Enfield has designed the Himalayan 750 for long-distance adventure touring. It features an accessible 815mm seat height, a 17-litre fuel tank, 205mm ground clearance and a payload capacity of 195kg.
The motorcycle gets fully adjustable 43mm Showa upside-down front forks offering 190mm of travel, paired with a Showa Mono Tube IFP rear monoshock featuring rebound damping and remote preload adjustment. Rear wheel travel stands at 175mm.
The braking setup includes dual front discs, supported by cornering ABS and lean-sensitive traction control. It rides on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel combination, with cast and spoked wheel options.
The touring package includes an adjustable windscreen with five positions and 60mm of adjustment, along with independent rider and pillion seats.
The flagship Antarctic Silver variant comes with a dedicated touring package featuring GIVI top box, panniers, inner bags, heated grips, hand guards and an aluminium skid plate. Other colour options include Viking Bronze, Siberia White, Aztec Green and Tectonic Black, depending on the wheel configuration.
Bookings for the Himalayan 750 opened in Europe on November 3, 2026, through Royal Enfield’s website and authorised dealerships.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Unveiled
Another major highlight at EICMA 2026 was the Continental GT 750, which represents a sportier evolution of the company’s popular café racer lineup.
The motorcycle uses an uprated version of the new 743cc parallel-twin engine and is positioned as Royal Enfield’s highest-performance production motorcycle to date.
It will be offered in both faired and unfaired configurations. While the unfaired version retains the traditional Continental GT silhouette, the faired variant gets a lower handlebar position for a more focused riding posture.
The motorcycle features a hybrid twin-pod TFT display, retaining an analogue-inspired character while incorporating modern technology. It was showcased in Red Line, TT Blue and Master Clean colour schemes.
Flying Flea S6 Electric Motorcycle Showcased
Royal Enfield also presented the Flying Flea S6, a scrambler-style electric motorcycle developed under its dedicated City+ electric mobility brand.
The S6 features a lightweight construction, an agile chassis and a high-torque electric motor. It gets an enduro-style seat, a round touchscreen display running Fleaware.OS and multiple riding modes, including a dedicated off-road mode.
The electric motorcycle will be available in Dart Yellow and Lightning Grey colour options and is scheduled to launch in summer 2027.
Shotgun 650 Limited Edition And 1901 Apparel Collection
Royal Enfield also unveiled the Shotgun 650 ‘Son of a Gun’, a one-off custom creation developed with Deus Ex Machina. Inspired by this motorcycle, the company will produce a limited run of just 100 units globally in 2027.
The special edition features a deep red, cream and gold colour scheme, contrast-cut alloy wheels, a brown leather seat and matching grips. Each motorcycle will also come with a limited-edition Royal Enfield x Deus souvenir jacket.
Additionally, the company introduced its 1901 Apparel Collection, marking the debut of its refreshed brand identity, which will gradually roll out across products, showrooms and dealerships worldwide.
With the Himalayan 750, Continental GT 750 and Flying Flea S6, Royal Enfield’s EICMA 2026 showcase highlights its expanding ambitions across adventure touring, performance motorcycling and electric mobility.
