The partnership will provide eligible Force Motors customers access to Rosmerta’s registered scrapping facility for vehicle documentation, depollution, dismantling and material recovery.

Force Motors Limited has partnered with Rosmerta Auto Recycling Pvt. Ltd. to facilitate the authorised scrapping of end-of-life (ELV) vehicles, providing eligible customers with access to a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Announced on October 22, 2026, the collaboration aims to make vehicle retirement more accessible and promote organised scrappage, responsible disposal and the recovery of recyclable automotive materials.

Under the arrangement, eligible vehicles will undergo the required documentation and scrapping procedures at Rosmerta’s facility. The process will include depollution, dismantling and the segregation and recovery of materials that can be recycled.

Authorised Scrappage Process for Customersforce-moter

The partnership is intended to give Force Motors customers a recognised channel for retiring vehicles that have reached the end of their useful life. The facility will support the processing of eligible end-of-life commercial vehicles, assistance with vehicle and ownership documentation, and the generation of a Certificate of Deposit (CoD), wherever applicable.

Other services will include compliance with applicable scrappage and recycling requirements, processing recovered materials for further use, and the generation and transfer of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) credits, where applicable.

The companies also intend to raise awareness about authorised scrappage facilities and the benefits of choosing registered channels over informal disposal methods.

For commercial vehicle operators, retiring ageing vehicles is an important part of fleet management. Authorised scrappage provides a defined process for taking vehicles off the road while enabling their components and materials to re-enter the recycling chain.

Force Motors and Rosmerta on Responsible Recycling

Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors Limited, said responsible disposal is an important stage in a vehicle’s lifecycle.

He said the association with Rosmerta Recycling would provide customers with an authorised and dependable option when their vehicles reach the end of their useful life. Firodia added that the partnership complements the company’s broader sustainability efforts, including resource efficiency, waste reduction and responsible recycling.

Kartick V. Nagpal, President of Rosmerta Group, highlighted the importance of making scrappage infrastructure accessible to vehicle owners.

He said Rosmerta’s facility would safely depollute and dismantle vehicles and recover materials such as steel and aluminium for recycling. This would help retain the value of materials from old vehicles and return them to the wider manufacturing cycle.

Recovering Materials from End-of-Life Vehicles

Systematic dismantling and material segregation can enable steel, aluminium and other automotive materials to be recovered for further processing and reuse. The partnership aims to support these practices by providing customers with access to an authorised facility and documentation at different stages of the scrappage process.

Rosmerta Auto Recycling operates an authorised RVSF in the NCR region, offering end-of-life vehicle recycling through depollution, dismantling and material recovery processes.

The collaboration between the two companies is intended to encourage wider adoption of organised vehicle scrappage while supporting more responsible resource utilisation across the automotive lifecycle.
