Krishna Automotive, an authorised BMW dealer partner in Hyderabad, has expanded its operations with the inauguration of a comprehensive service workshop and a dedicated BMW Premium Selection facility. Announced on 21 October 2026, the expansion aims to provide customers in Telangana with access to new BMW vehicles, certified pre-owned models and aftersales services.
The new facilities complement Krishna Automotive’s existing Retail.NEXT showroom, bringing vehicle sales, pre-owned car options and servicing together as part of a more integrated customer experience.
According to BMW Group India, the expansion reflects its focus on providing premium, personalised retail and ownership experiences in Hyderabad’s growing luxury automotive market.
New BMW Service Workshop Spans 19,300 Square Feet
The newly inaugurated workshop and BMW Premium Selection facility are located at 29/A, Industrial Development Area Road, IDA, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500037.
Spanning more than 19,300 square feet, the facility includes a fully equipped BMW Service Workshop with 15 service bays. These comprise two RATC bays, 10 mechanical and electrical bays, and three body and paint bays.
The workshop is designed to provide comprehensive aftersales support and professional vehicle care. A dedicated lifestyle area is also part of the facility, adding to the customer experience.
With servicing and certified pre-owned vehicle sales available at the same location, customers can access multiple BMW ownership services at one destination.
BMW Premium Selection Adds Certified Pre-Owned Options
The new BMW Premium Selection (BPS) showroom provides a dedicated space for customers to explore BMW’s pre-owned vehicle range. The facility has display space for two vehicles and complements the dealership’s existing new-car sales operations.
Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO of BMW Group India, said the expanded facilities offer customers greater choice, convenience and expert care, from selecting a new or certified pre-owned BMW to accessing aftersales support.
Sachit Passi, Dealer Principal at Krishna Automotive, said the addition of the service workshop and BPS facility marks an important step in the dealership’s growth. He highlighted the workshop infrastructure and trained team as key elements in supporting BMW owners with transparency and personalised care.
Retail.NEXT Showroom Completes Customer Offering
Krishna Automotive’s existing Retail.NEXT showroom is located at Mahaveer Gateway, Madhava Reddy Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032. The showroom spans more than 5,600 square feet and displays six BMW vehicles alongside lifestyle offerings.
The Retail.NEXT concept combines contemporary architecture, modern design and digital interfaces to create a customer-focused retail environment. Together with the new workshop and BPS facility, it provides customers with a connected journey across vehicle selection, ownership and maintenance.
Krishna Automotive also represents BMW Group India through sales and service facilities in Chandigarh and Ludhiana, extending its association with the automaker beyond Telangana.
